What is Let’s Sock?
The first sock community ever.
People not only buy socks: they become part of the process, voting the next collections or creating them.
How does it work?
There’s a Submission page (link), where everything happens. There, you can submit your idea.
The staff will check it and, if it is alright, it will be published. From there, if the community will appreciate it, it will become a real sock!
How can i join the community?
Got what it takes? Great: come here (https://www.letssock.eu/en/Invia) and submit the greatest pattern ever!
Is it difficult to create a pattern?
Not much actually, but you’ll need a little Photoshop knowledge. Anyway, on the Submit page you’ll find an extensive mockup kit.
Do designers get paid?
Of course. When a submission becomes a real sock, we give a commission for every unit sold, forever. Please note: Let’s Sock retains the copyright of the pattern.
You’ll always pick the most voted patterns?
Not necessarily. We’ll always listen to the community, but sometimes we’ll add patterns we just love.
What materials do you use for your socks?
80% combed cotton, 17% polyamide, 3% elastane.
How should I take care of them?
Better hand-wash them, this will help you to preserve size and colours. Do not bleach, do not iron, avoid tumble drying. If you can, line dry and wash inside-out them.
How do I choose my size?
These are our sizes:
Larger: EUR 41-46 | US 8-12 | UK 7.5-11.5
Smaller: EUR 36-40 | US 4.5-7.5 | UK 4-7
Larger: EUR 41-46 | US 10-12.5 | UK 7-11
Smaller: EUR 36-40 | US 6-9 | UK 3.5-6.5
What types of payments do you accept?
All our payments are processed by Paypal. You can pay both with your Paypal account, or with your credit card if you don't have a Paypal account.
I don't have a Paypal account. Can i pay anyway?
Yes you can. You can pay with your credit card.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
We're sorry, we do not.
Which courier do you use?
We use your local postal service. National mail.
Where do you ship?
Almost anywhere in the world. If you don't see your country on the list, please contact us.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on where you live. Usually, it's 5€.
Do you offer free shipping?
No we don't, sorry. As we write, we can not offer free shipping outside Italy.
How long will it take to get my order?
The orders leave Italy with Poste Italiane, then it's up to your local postal service.
You should receive your order within: 6 business days in Europe, 10 business days in the US, 30 business days anywhere else.
Can I track my shipment?
We offer both tracked and not tracked shipments. If a tracked shipment is selected while ordering, you'll receive a tracking number when we ship your order.
How many socks can I order?
You can order no more than 10 items as we write.
Can I modify my order?
Once shipped, an order can not be modified. If your order has not been shipped and you'd like to change something, please contact us. We'll do our best to help you.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you receive something you don't want, you have 14 days to return it for an exchange or refund.
You just have to contact us and let us know what went wrong, then we'll go ahead.
The merchandise has to be unworn, with labels and packaging intact.
Once we receive back your item, we'll contact you and update you.
Please note we'll refund you the shipping costs only if we've sent you a defective item. If you just don't like it, we're sorry but we won't refund the shipping costs.
