Your e-mail address and your password are a sequence of characters giving you the access to a personalized area of the website, where you'll be able to update your details or check your orders status. If you lose your password, you'll just need to click on "forgot your password" in order to start the process.


As specified, access to the website is free, but if you’ll behave in an offensive way towards other users or the Let’s Sock staff, we won’t hesitate to cancel your posts or, if you won’t stop, to delete your account.


All the prices you see on Let's Sock are VAT included, not including shipping fees, expressed in Euros.


We'll do our best to ship your order within 2 working days after checkout. When you order on Let's Sock, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail message. If you give us a wrong shipment address and this will cause a missed delivery, we're sorry but we won't take any responsabilities.


We only accept payments through Paypal. Paypal is the world leader for what concerns online transactions. Everything gets processed and encrypted on their systems using the highest security standards. You can find more info about Paypal clicking here (link).


We ship anywhere in the world. Orders leave Italy wih Poste Italiane, then it's up to your local postal service. If a tracked shipment was selected while ordering, you'll receive a tracking number when we ship your order. (link).


If for any reason the customer wants to return an item, he/she has 14 days to do it from the date he/she receives it. Customers have to contact Let’s Sock via the contact page explaining the reasons for the return. Let’s Sock will give the customer all the information needed to proceed with the return process. The merchandise has to be unworn, with labels and packaging intact. Once Let’s Sock receives back the item, it will contact the customer.When a defective product is returned, a full refund will be given, including shipping costs. If the reason of the return is just personal taste, Let’s Sock will not refund the shipping costs.
